  • Grew up learning about Ayurveda and medicinal herbs alongside her grandfather, a traditional healer

  • Began doing yoga to lose weight and soon discovered a vast, evolving field of learning and healing that she is now passionate about researching and sharing in areas including diabetes management, physical fitness, strength and flexibility

  • Has an MSc in Yoga from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (SVYASA University), Bengaluru

  • Skilled at connecting with all ages and backgrounds, from curious kids to corporate officials, and views teaching as an honour and a privilege
