Began doing yoga to lose weight and soon discovered a vast, evolving field of learning and healing that she is now passionate about researching and sharing in areas including diabetes management, physical fitness, strength and flexibility
Has an MSc in Yoga from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (SVYASA University), Bengaluru
Skilled at connecting with all ages and backgrounds, from curious kids to corporate officials, and views teaching as an honour and a privilege
