Hurssh was invited to spend five years in rigorous monastic study at the legendary Shaolin Temple in China – the birthplace of Zen, martial arts and mindfulness.

Hurssh is recognised for his mastery of the five Shaolin pillars - Buddhist Philosophy, Martial Arts, Zen Archery, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Mindful Breathwork. His approach is grounded in humility and discipline as he brings the timeless wisdom of the East to the evolving landscape of modern wellness.
