A born seeker, Sandeep completed his MA in Yoga Psychology at Bihar Yoga Bharti, the world’s first Yoga university, before sharing his wisdom at yoga centres across India. Integrating ancient lineages such as Hatha and Raja, he is dedicated to keeping Yoga teaching as traditional and authentic as possible. More than just a physical practice, his classes offer inner harmony and spiritual depth.

Yoga Nidra (wakeful sleep) offers deeply restorative relaxation; Antar Mouna attunes you to your senses for a quietened mind, and Ajapa Japa uses breath and mantra to guide you into healing meditation. Hatha Yoga


One of the most traditional branches of Yoga, Hatha aims to brings balance to body and mind by harmonising two vital energies: Prana, the dynamic, solar force, and Chitta, the calming, lunar essence. This session blends mindful movement (asanas) and breathwork, tailored to meet individual needs.

Meditation


In Yoga, relaxation and developing awareness are key to entering a meditative state. Moving step by step, we begin to see the mental patterns behind daily stress. These three techniques can be practiced individually or together as a progressive journey inward:

  • Yoga Nidra: Attune your senses and mind inward with this guided practice and experience profound levels of relaxation.

  • Antar Mauna: Develop your capacity to witness and observe the mind without reaction with this calming practice of Inner Silence.

  • Dharana: Explore one-pointed awareness and focus using breathwork and the mantra SOHAM for a sense of unity with all-that-is.

Yogic Detox


Cleansing the body of toxins is the first step toward better health and deeper awareness. Known as Shatkarmas, these powerful yogic purification techniques are led with care by Sandeep and form the foundation of the Hatha Yoga system:

  • Jala Neti – Nasal cleansing (30 mins)

  • Kunjal – Induced vomiting to cleanse the stomach and upper digestive system (30 mins)

  • Laghoo Shanka Prakshalana (LSP) – Cleansing of the entire intestinal tract (90 mins)
